After working for others, she decided to open her own business that represents her and will leave a legacy for her children. For almost a decade Priscilla has been making phenomenal meals for other catering companies and now all of her energy is being poured into Chef Priscilla Catering. Making delicious food for everyone and leaving all her customers more than satisfied is all Chef Priscilla Catering is concerned about. Why did you chose your company name / What does it mean to you?

I chose my company name , chef Priscilla catering,  because it represents me ,my food and when you hear my company name you hear my name, so I always have to do a great job.

What are your goals for your company for the rest of this year?

My goals are to get my company seen , heard and my food tastes by people everywhere .

What Inspired you to start your company?

I was inspired to start my company because as a chef woking as an sous chef and executive chef for others catering company,  making them all the money I said well I am the one doing all the work , so I said let me try this on my on so I started catering my own small events and I finally started doing it full time,  I felt stupid putting all my energy into someone else’s business , when I can put it into something I can leave my kids .

Did you always want to be an entrepreneur?

So I can make my kids proud and leave them something.

Words of advice you would give to someone getting into your field

Always care about what the client wants and people eat with their eyes so always make sure your presentation is on point.

What is the message you want to deliver to people?

That no matter what obstacles come in your way if you have a vision never give up on it.

How long have you been in your craft?

I’ve been a chef for 8 years and catering for 4 years but I’ve been cooking since I was 10
